1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms:
“User / Client” – any individual who uses the Website or the services.
“Services” – psychological consultations, therapeutic sessions, coaching, and other services provided via the Website or online/in person.
“Website” – karina-psychology.com and all its subpages.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
2.1. The services provided are of a consultative and therapeutic nature and do not constitute emergency medical care.
2.2. The services are not a substitute for psychiatric, medical, or emergency intervention.
2.3. In case of emergency or life-threatening situations, the User must immediately contact emergency medical services or a qualified professional.
3. BOOKINGS AND SESSIONS
3.1. Bookings are made via the Website, email, or phone.
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from the Operator.
3.3. Sessions may be conducted online or in person, depending on prior agreement.
3.4. The User is responsible for ensuring an appropriate environment and technical conditions for online sessions (internet connection, device, private and quiet space).
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
4.1. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the Operator reserves the right to charge a fee or retain the full session amount.
4.3. In case of no-show without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and is fully payable.
5. PAYMENTS
5.1. Prices are communicated in advance or published on the Website.
5.2. Payments may be made by bank transfer, electronic payment systems, or in cash if agreed.
5.3. Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Operator does not store card details.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1. For individual sessions, refunds are possible only if the cancellation policy (24 hours) is respected.
6.2. For packages and programs, refund and cancellation conditions are agreed individually before the service begins.
6.3. Services that have already started or sessions that have been completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The information and services provided through the Website are of a consultative nature.
7.2. The Operator is not liable for any actions taken by the User based on the provided services or information.
7.3. The Operator is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by internet providers, platforms, or other third parties.
7.4. The User is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when using the services.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1. All conversations and information shared during sessions are treated as confidential.
8.2. Information may be disclosed only in the following cases:
when there is a risk to the life or health of the client or others
when required by law or a court order
with the client’s consent
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. All materials on the Website are protected by copyright law.
9.2. Copying, distribution, or use of content without explicit written consent is prohibited.

11. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
