I help people discover their inner strength.

My name is Karina Bancheva, and I am a licensed psychologist, with a master's degree in child and adolescent psychology and certified art coaching therapist, with over 6 years of practical experience in individual consultations and therapy.

I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Burgas Free University (Bulgaria), a master's degree in child and adolescent psychology in the USA, as well as a master's in primary school pedagogy with a foreign language. Currently, I continue my professional development in the USA through training at Harvard Medical School, with a special focus on panic attacks, anxiety, and stress disorders.

I work with an integrative therapeutic approach that combines psychoanalytic, behavioral, psychosomatic, and Jungian therapy, art coaching techniques, and personal development practices. This allows me to create an individualized and tailored approach for each client, adapted to their needs, goals, and personal journey.

I believe that every person carries within themselves the resources for change and healing. My role is to support, guide, and inspire you in the process of discovering them.
